A Celebration of Calling and Commitment: Pastor Phillips’ Installation Service

On October 27th the atmosphere at Greater Tabernacle Church of Chicago was filled with joy, reverence, and anticipation as we gathered to celebrate the installation of our new pastor, Robert Phillips. It was a day of affirmation, worship, and the undeniable presence of God as the mantle of leadership was officially passed.

The sanctuary was alive with worship as voices were lifted in song, setting the tone for an unforgettable experience. The photos capture the heartfelt expressions of the congregation, Pastor and Lady Phillips, as hands were extended in worship and prayers of dedication.

A Message of Purpose and Vision

The installation service was marked by powerful preaching, encouragement and vision by Archbishop William Hudson III.

Bishop reminded us of the sacred responsibility of pastoral leadership.

The congregation was encouraged to stand behind Pastor Phillips as he leads with compassion and wisdom.

A Community United

This installation wasn’t just a ceremony—it was a declaration of unity. Family, friends, and ministry leaders joined together to surround Pastor Phillips with prayers and blessings. The warmth and support of the congregation were tangible, reminding us of the strength found in community and shared faith.

Looking Ahead

As we reflect on this momentous occasion, we are filled with hope and expectation for what God will do through Pastor Phillips in this next chapter of our church’s journey. Together, we stand ready to embrace the vision, grow in faith, and make an even greater impact for the Kingdom of God.

To Pastor Phillips and Lady Phillips, we celebrate you and look forward to walking alongside you in the work God has called us to do together. This is only the beginning of something extraordinary!
